Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $35 within the continental United States.
Framed Prints
All framed prints are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered to your email address within 24 hours of purchase. Files are provided in high-resolution format suitable for printing at home or at any local print shop. If you don't receive your download, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
30-day hassle-free returns with free return shipping on all framed prints.
Framed Prints — 30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your framed print for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Here's how it works:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- Receive your full refund within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- ·Items must be returned in their original condition — undamaged and free of alterations.
- ·Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- ·Items that arrive damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost — just send us a photo of the damage.
Digital Downloads — Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your download (corrupted file, wrong format, etc.), please contact us and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different piece or size? We're happy to help. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free exchange. Simply return the original item and we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost.
